In partnership with DWP, IRRV is running this event in Grangemouth on Friday 6th April 2018.
This workshop will be run for the IRRV by John Giblin. It is for Heads of Service, Benefit Managers, Team Leaders and other relevant staff responsible for introducing and managing DWP’s fraud, error and debt initiatives in general; and in particular minimising HB error and maximising HB overpayment recovery.
Julie Skelton, Lead Management Consultant, Department for Work and Pensions, will present on its current thinking and the current status of all things fraud, error and debt. This will include:
Additionally, John Giblin will provide an independent view of the current levels of fraud, error and debt within an historical context and will evaluate DWP’s recent tactics. He will also demonstrate the challenges and value of implementing a comprehensive Right Benefit Strategy.
Due to their huge popularity in previous workshops, John will again facilitate syndicate and group sessions to ensure that you get the optimal exchange of knowledge and ideas, from each other. These will set around the challenges and opportunities presented by the latest developments of VEP and RTI for HB overpayment recovery.
The day will begin with coffee and registration from 9.30am and will conclude around 3.30pm to 3.45pm.
A full agenda will be available to registered delegates before the event.
The seminar represents excellent value for money, with seminar fees starting at only £145 + VAT. This includes lunch, refreshments, and training materials.
As places are limited, early booking is recommended. The IRRV regrets that, under normal circumstances, delegate fees cannot be refunded. However, delegate substitutions may be made at no cost at any time prior to the Seminar, subject to these being notified to the Institute.
Every fourth place from the same organisation booked for this course (and made in the same booking) is entirely free of charge. Please note that, due to the demand for places, this offer applies only to the course detailed in this brochure.
