Course background

IRRV is running this workshop to give attendees an in-depth practical workshop on how to analyse the SHBE and CTR606.

Aim
The workshop is ideally suited to staff who manage a benefits service and aims to show attendees how to analyse their caseload using the SHBE and CTR data extracts.

This will be a fully interactive workshop and it would be beneficial if attendees would bring a laptop and their SHBE and or CTR 606

The programme includes

  • What is the SHBE/CTR extracts?
  • What does it tell us?
  • How can this be used within the Benefits Service?
  • How can the information be used to meet wider local authority objectives?
  • Data Protection and GDPR?
  • Review, questions and closure

COURSE LEADER : PAULA DOHERTY

The course will be facilitated by Paula Doherty. Paula is a leading benefits practitioner, the IRRV Education Liaison Officer and a member of the IRRV Scottish Association Executive.
