Drawing together a range of subjects and scenarios within the context of insolvency and debt management, this course will look at the current issues in the insolvency environment.

Understanding your options means that you are more likely to find solutions, and this course looks at these areas in greater detail and gives you an opportunity to compare and contrast your approach with your fellow professionals.

The course is designed to be participative and to equip you with knowledge you can apply in your day-to-day role. It will be fully up to date for all legislative changes effective from 1st January 2020.
